It’s amazing how useful one single bike can be in rural Africa

You may not know how one single bike can impact someones live in The Gambia. Our partner WYCE Gambia donated one our the bikes we sent them to Tarud Pre-school in Gunjar.  The bike is being used to transport sick students to the nearest clinic for medical treatment. The distance between the school and the clinic is a 1km, and this donated bike is the only means of transporting the students to the clinic.

The donated bikes we receive from the general public here in the UK really do help people to get better and give people greater independence and a better quality of life.  The bikes are greatly appreciated by all of the recipients.
