Our Amazing

Re-Cycle offers meaningful volunteer opportunities to people of all ages and from all walks of life including people with additional needs. Without our volunteers we would not be able to achieve as much as we do in a cost-effective way.

The work of our volunteers is very important to our success and ability to achieve our mission in a cost effective
way. Not only do our volunteers work hard in our warehouse every day, but they also assist in loading and unloading containers for shipping, spend time driving to collect bicycles in the Re-Cycle van and helping with the ‘Dr Bike’ outreach sessions at Essex University.

Support Us

Whether you decide to make a one-off donation or pledge a monthly gift, we promise that the donation you make to us today will be used to help provide a bicycle lifeline to people in rural Africa.

Where to donate your bike

In the UK, thousands of bikes are thrown away or lie unused in sheds and garages, whilst many people in Africa have no access to transport of any kind. We have bicycle drop-off points nationwide, find your closest drop-off point today!
