Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return an item for a full refund.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note: we cannot accept returns of worn or used clothing/accessories.
How to return an item
- Email us at communications@re-cycle.org to let us know you’re returning something.
- Ship the item to:
Re-Cycle Unit 8 The Grove Estate, Colchester Road, Wormingford, Colchester, Essex CO6 3AJ
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear.
What we don’t refund
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items (unless they arrived faulty)
- Return shipping costs
- Donations made to re-cycle (these are separate from shop purchases and cannot be refunded)
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us straight away at communications@re-cycle.org with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
