London to Brighton

We’re excited to announce that Re-Cycle will be taking part in the iconic London to Brighton Cycle Ride for the first time in 2026!

This legendary 55-mile challenge takes riders from Clapham Common in London all the way to the stunning Brighton seafront, bringing together thousands of cyclists for a day of challenge, atmosphere, and achievement.

Whether you’re riding solo, with friends, or as part of a team, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a well-supported event that’s open to all levels of experience. Along the route, riders benefit from regular water stops, mechanical support, medical assistance, and a real sense of camaraderie throughout the day.

By joining Team Re-Cycle, you’ll not only be taking on an unforgettable cycling challenge—you’ll also be helping to change lives. Every rider helps support our work collecting and reusing unwanted bikes across the UK and getting them to communities in Africa, where they provide access to transport, education, healthcare, and opportunity.
