Re-Cycle‘s Digital Fundraising Lead will develop and implement a new Fundraising strategy to support the next phase of the charity’s growth. Your responsibilities will include building and sustaining income through a broad range of fundraising activities.

With responsibility for all financial and in-kind support, this varied role will focus on managing all corporate, community and events streams, as well as further diversifying income sources including digital platforms. A key requirement of the role will be generating good supporter care systems to maximise income opportunities.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies, generating income and resourcefully achieving fundraising targets on a limited budget. You will also be comfortable networking and developing relationships with corporate donors. Finally, the successful candidate will be able to evidence an understanding of effective fundraising and marketing campaigns and use a range of tools to promote campaigns to targeted audiences.

*The role will be predominantly home-based with an expectation of frequent visits to the Re-Cycle office in Wormingford, near Colchester.
